Accommodation and Conference Location

The conference will be held in one of Sokhnah's five-star hotels, costing 4000 EGP per person in a double room (whether participant or companion) for Egyptians and USD 300 for non-Egyptians. Single and triple accommodations will be available if needed; please get in touch with the conference's Executive Manager via e-mail (mohamed.ismail@hec.menofia.edu.eg).

The stay lasts two nights and three days and includes two meals per day and all of the hotel's complimentary services. The check-in time is April 15 between 12 and 2 p.m., and the check-out time is April 17 at 12 a.m.

 

 

 

Transportation

Participants and their companions will be transported by bus from Shebin El-Kom and Cairo to Sokhnah (round-trip) upon request and cost will be anounced soon .

The bus times and locations will be announced on the conference website.

Please keep in mind that the conference does not provide transportation to and from any Airport.
